You are not calling most of your market.

Not because your guys are lazy. Your best man knows the operators he has always known, and that is a few dozen names. Nothing you own tells you which of the thousands he has never called did something this week worth a call.

An example. Read from the state's own filings overnight, with what to say.

46,857Companies on the state registers, counted off the states' own files on 29 Oct 2026. Roughneck watches every one and puts the ones moving in front of you. Search reaches the rest.
15States read every night, straight from the regulator that published the filing. Every one of them comes with the app. You tell us which ones you run crews in.

A well transfer is a window, and it does not stay open.

The operator taking those wells re-lets the work in the weeks after the filing, not the year after. The filing is public that same week, and your competitors read it too. Calling first opens the door. Knowing his wells, his timing and his last vendor, and being the better company to work with, is what wins the work and keeps it.

Everything a CRM does, this does. It keeps your accounts, your contacts, your quotes and your won work. The difference is the column on the right.

The app, your states, and we set you up. Every line priced.

The app

Your customer list, the call, the quote, the close and your numbers off your own jobs. Priced per shop, in bands set by how many people sell. It works on its own, even in a state we do not read yet.

Your states, $75 a month each

Pick the states you work. Each one is read every night and turned into the calls worth making, at a flat $75 a month a state. One state or five, you see each on its own line.

Setting you up

One time, before your first sign-in: $1,000 for a shop with one to three selling, $1,500 up to six, $2,500 up to eleven, $3,500 above that. We build your territory, match your customer list by hand, rebuild your quote forms and make the first call with you. Credited back against your first month when you renew.

Priced by the shop, not by the seat

Your price is set by the size of your shop, not by logins. The CRM you have charges you for every seat. Here a new hire is not a new bill, and each state is a flat $75 a month.

Twelve months, billed monthly

Pay the year up front and your monthly total is ten percent less for the year. Setting you up is never discounted.

Request Access

Build your shop in five simple steps: who sells, where you work, what to bolt on, how you pay, and who you are. Your number comes back itemized and in writing, within about 12 hours.

1 How many of your people sell?

Everybody who talks to a customer about work. Not the whole payroll.

YardFour to six selling

2 Which states do you run crews in?

$75 a month each. We build the ones you pick before you sign in.

Kansas is read as county activity only, with no company names, and is not a territory you pick.

Not on the list yet. We are building Mississippi, California, Alabama, Michigan, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska, Virginia, New York, Florida, South Dakota, Tennessee, Missouri, Arizona, Nevada and Idaho. Not offered and not priced until the territory is loaded and counted.

3 Anything to bolt on?

Four, and the list does not grow on a call. Tap a card to add it. Open How it works for the detail.

How it works

Send the quote as a secure link. Your customer opens it on his own phone and signs it there, and you countersign. The signed document is encrypted, carries a digital fingerprint and goes out under your brand and logo. You both keep the same copy, and either of you can type its code in later to check it is the one that was signed. If you want, the signer confirms who he is with a photo ID before he signs. Without The Handshake, Roughneck gives you a quote and a signature. With it, you have a record of what was agreed.

The deal was always done on a handshake. This one comes with a record neither of you can lose.

How it works

Tell Todd and he'll log it, where it belongs. Come out of the meeting, tap the microphone on Today and say what happened: who you saw, what they said, when the next meeting is, what you owe them. Todd reads it back as a log, a meeting and a next step. One tap and it lands where a typed log would land, in your words. If something is unclear, Todd asks one question at a time, as buttons to tap. Nothing is typed.

The recording is turned into words and then deleted. Only the words are kept.

How it works

The answer comes back while you are still on the call, with the filing and the date behind it, so you speak from his own record instead of a script. It never names a price and never commits you. Where the record has nothing solid, it hands you a question to ask instead of a claim to make.

Needs at least one state that is alerting. The filings are what it reads.

How it works

How fast a new filing gets a call. Which counties have filings nobody has touched. Quotes sent, quotes signed and how long each one took. The year's target, with every signed quote counted against it. Every number comes from a call placed, a quote sent or a signature received, never from a field somebody typed.

A number a salesman types about his own week is a number he can make up. Dispatch only counts what happened.

4 How would you rather pay?

5 Your company and contact details

So the number reaches you in writing, within about 12 hours. We text. We do not cold call.

Why the number is not on this page

Because we cut it to your shop. It comes back in writing, itemized, within about 12 hours, and it holds for thirty days.

How it compares

Everything a shop could buy instead, line by line, with what each product showed on its own page. Side by side.

What we do not sell

We do not sell a finance app and we do not run your books. We help you close the work. You bill it.

We do not sell your private customer list or your private data, and we never put a number on a card that the state did not publish.
